    At SheChoices, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to cancel an order or request a return, please review the policy below.

    1. 🛑 Order Cancellation

    You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

    Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to receive the order and follow our return process, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

    2. 📅 Return Period

    Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the return conditions mentioned in this policy.

    3. ✅ Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be:

    • Unused and unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Unaltered
    • In its original condition
    • Accompanied by original tags and packaging, where applicable

    Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents resale may not qualify for a return.

    4. ⚠️ Wrong or Damaged Product

    If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact SheChoices within 48 hours of delivery.

    For faster verification, please provide:

    • Order ID
    • Clear photographs of the product
    • Photographs of the packaging
    • Unboxing video, if available

    After verification, we may offer a replacement, return, or refund, as applicable.

    5. 💰 Refund Process

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

    The refund will normally be credited to the original payment method used for the order. Actual crediting time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

    6. 🚫 Non-Returnable Products

    Returns may not be accepted for products that are:

    • Used or worn
    • Washed
    • Altered or modified
    • Damaged by the customer
    • Missing original tags or packaging, where applicable
    • Not in their original saleable condition

    7. 🚚 Return & Shipping Charges

    Original shipping charges, if separately charged, may generally not be refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the issue is attributable to SheChoices

    If a return or replacement is approved due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product received from us, the applicable return/replacement shipping arrangement will be communicated by our support team.

    8. ❌ Failed or Cancelled Orders

    If payment has been successfully received but SheChoices cancels an order due to product unavailability or another reason attributable to us, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
